Welcome to ERG Learning and Assessment Center (“ERG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

ERG provides:

  • IT and cybersecurity training programs (instructor-led and self-paced)

  • Certification exam vouchers

  • Corporate and customized training solutions

2. Enrollment and Payment

  • Full payment is required prior to course access unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices may be listed in PHP or USD depending on the program.

  • Payments may be made via credit/debit card or other available payment channels.

  • All transactions are subject to payment gateway verification and approval.

3. Course Access and Delivery

  • Access to training materials will be provided after successful payment.

  • Instructor-led schedules are subject to availability and minimum enrollment requirements.

  • ERG reserves the right to reschedule training with prior notice.

4. Use of Materials

  • All course materials are proprietary and for personal use only.

  • Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Certification Exams

  • Exam vouchers are subject to the policies of the issuing certification body (e.g., Microsoft, EC-Council, CompTIA, ISACA).

  • ERG is not responsible for exam scheduling, results, or certification outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ERG shall not be liable for:

  • Failure to pass certification exams

  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet disruptions)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

7. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account access.

8. Modifications

ERG reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
